Terms of Business

All the products on this site are made in small batches, while every effort is made to keep items in stock this is not always possible. Goods can be ordered it two ways from this site:-

Items that are able to be ordered from existing tooling have both “Purchase” and “Deposit” buttons. If the stock shows ‘0’ then it is advisable to order the item with the “Deposit” button, otherwise use the “Purchase” button.

Other items are still in development and only have a “Deposit” button. Production will go ahead once there is sufficient support for them. The number of advance orders needed for the project to progress would be of the order of 10-15 for locos and coaches, 6-10 for loco frames and 20-30 for resin wagons. The number of advance orders will give an indication of the order in which project are likely to be progressed.

Goods ordered with a deposit will be sent out with and invoice for the outstanding amount. This should be paid withing 14 days.
