Terms of Business

All the products on this site are made in small batches, while every effort is made to keep items in stock this is not always possible. Goods can be ordered it two ways from this site. For those items that are in stock, there is a “Purchase” button, for all others there is a “Deposit” button. This covers a number of situations:-

Out of Stock.

The legend should give details of when the next batch of stock will be ready

Made to Order.

Some etched items can be produced individually, there is a note of the lead time.

Pre-production

These are items which are not yet available. Those without a introduction date have not yet been started. Production will go ahead once there is sufficient support for them. the number of advance orders needed for the project to progress would be of the order of 10-15 for locos and coaches, 6-10 for loco frames and 15-20 for wagons.
